Our articles and general phone guidance have no service fee. We sell no products, arrange no contracts and receive no referral commission. We can help identify a question to ask but cannot choose or approve a contract for you.
The official provider’s role
Account changes, service faults, payment support, SIM replacement and complaints must be handled by the provider. We cannot log in, issue refunds or make binding account decisions.
A careful reading
Facts about a brand are context. Your own agreement and the provider’s current support instructions establish the service available to you.
General guidance is free of a service fee. Your telephone provider’s normal call charges or allowance can apply.
