Find any scheduled adjustment and its date in the contract summary. Ofcom’s rule for new telecoms agreements from 17 January 2025 bans inflation-linked and percentage-based scheduled rises. It is not a universal freeze on every charge.
Read the conditions
An earlier agreement may have different provisions. Keep airtime adjustments separate from device repayment and optional extras. Ask the provider for a written explanation of the relevant version.
